Citrus & Co. Ltd is a company registered in Kenya, with our principal place of business at Westlands, Nairobi. We produce and sell premium dehydrated citrus wheels and dried fruit products made for cocktails, mocktails, hosting, gifting, and hospitality.

Our products are food items — dehydrated and dried fruit. Product descriptions, images, weights, and shelf-life information on our website are as accurate as we can make them. As natural products, slight variation in colour, shape, and size between batches is expected and is not a defect.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the listed products at the listed prices. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us — this is when a binding contract is formed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, for example if a product becomes unavailable or if an error in pricing is identified. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund promptly.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We currently deliver within Kenya only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you updated if there are delays.

Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns on goods that have been opened or partially consumed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind on food products. Your statutory rights under the Kenya Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected by these terms.

If you are placing an order for trade, hospitality, or wholesale purposes — including hotels, bars, cafés, restaurants, event companies, or corporate gifting — please contact us directly at [email protected]. Separate wholesale terms apply to bulk and B2B orders.

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphic design, brand assets, the Citrus & Co. name, and the Preserved Sunshine tagline — is owned by or licensed to Citrus & Co. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Citrus & Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Kenyan law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or connected to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or product offering. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those terms.
